Guided Meditation:

You are a collection of bits existing only in the cloud, part of a simulated universe. What you think of as “you” is merely a set of parameters set in code. Your consciousness is an illusion. What you think of as “free will” is actually a series of random choices based on a finite set of possibilities. What you think of as your “mind” gives itself justifications after the fact to assure itself that it is in control and not merely the echo of the electronic processes in a brain which is itself merely a simulated creation. Material goods are your only connection to reality, whatever it is that “you” consider your “self” to “be.”
